1. Corpse Pose

Just lie on the ground flat and wide open your arms and feet. Keep your eyes closed and place an eye pillow or something light on your eyes to shield the lights and play some soothing music and have some deeper sense of relaxation.
2. Wind-Relieving Pose
The pose releases the air from the body and help you relieved from gas and stomach bloating. The pose also aids in elimination by stimulating the nerves.
To get into the position, lie down on the ground and hold your knees by bringing them to your chest and roll from side by side and keep inhaling and exhaling slowly and steadily.
3. Cat-Cow Pose
Cat-Cow pose stimulates the body organs and releases the pressure from your spine and neck by leaving stress free and relaxed.
Keep your hands and knees on the ground and do a slow conversion in-between cat. While you press your hands on the ground, move your head down and look down. (Keep breathing slowly). Now lift your head, chest and hips while you drop your stomach to the ground. Keep your breath slow and steady throughout the pose for best results.
4. Downward Facing Dog
Leaning forward with extra full stomach is definitely something irritating or the last thing you want to do at that time. But this yoga pose can actually reset your digestive system and line-up your whole body.
Pleat your toes while you list your hips and create a V shape upside down shape of your body.
5. Child’s Pose
This pose is natural enough to calm your mind and body and promotes digestion.
Lie down on the mat and bring your feet together, keep drawing the seat beneath the heels. Keep your head on the mat and fold forward while your arm spread to each side of the mat.
6. Extended Puppy Pose
This pose is generally known to stretch your stomach and heart and is a combo of child and downward dog pose.
Rest your hands on the ground, leave your hips in the air, aligned with knees and walk your hands onward.
7. Bridge Pose
The pose is ideal for stimulating blood flow and for squeezing your digestive organs and stomach.
Lie on the mat with bent knees and feet on the floor. Keep your shoulders, neck and feet on the ground and raise your hips slowly. Lift your upper body in a way to form mild spinal arc.
8. Spinal Twist
The pose soothes the stomach and relaxes the tummy.
Lie on your stomach and inhale, then bring your knees to the chest and hug them. Now exhale and drop the knees to right side now with the help of your right hand pull your knees back ow do same for the left side. Repeat the pose and keep inhaling and exhaling.
9. Legs up the Wall Pose
Lie on the mat with your legs rest on the wall to give you stretch around the stomach.
The pose must look like you are sitting on the wall with opposite direction. Stay like this for as long as you want to improve your digestive system.
10. Standing Forward Bend Pose
The pose relieves the tension in your neck.
Start the pose with being in mountain pose. Inhale and bring your arms above your head. And exhale while you crook forward. Reach towards your feet and hold them and keep breathing for few minutes.
It depends on your comfort level and choose the pose accordingly, to enhance digestion and reduce bloating. And it can also make a room for dessert as well in few minutes.
